The City of Evanston, Downtown Evanston, Main-Dempster Mile and Central Street Evanston are hosting the annual city-wide Holiday Window Decorating Contest from November 25 to December 23. Any Evanston business is welcome to participate by decorating their window and sending a photo to info@downtownevnaston.org. 

This year, the theme is Decorate Sustainably to encourage businesses to re-use old materials, upcycle materials into new designs and get creative in a sustainable way! There will be three winners for the contest: Best Overall Sustainable Display, Best Display of Product or Service and Fan Favorite! Everyone is invited to vote for your favorite window by liking the photo. The photo with the most likes on December 23 will win that category. Make sure to visit all the windows around town or check them out here!
